Delivery & Refund Policy

DELIVERY POLICY​

We don't sell or offer physical products, therefore there is no shipping involved. Below we explain the steps of delivery when a package or scenario is purchased. 

​

Packages:

​

  • You will receive a "confirmation email" followed by an "action required" email.

  • The "confirmation email" includes purchase details.

  • The "action required" email contains additional information and a link to your private ClickUp board.

 

Scenarios:

​

  • You will receive a "confirmation email" followed by a "setup email".

  • The "confirmation email" includes purchase details.

  • The "setup email" contains instructions to implement the scenario yourself.

 

Personalised Automation:

​

  • Schedule a strategy call through our "Let's talk" calendar link.

  • After the call, you receive a proposal. Upon acceptance, pay 50% as a deposit.

  • You receive a link to a private ClickUp board to follow the setup progress.

  • Once complete the remaining amount will be charged.

REFUND POLICY

​

Packages and Personalised Automation:

​

  • You have 14 days to reconsider and cancel your purchase.

  • To request a refund, email us within 14 days, and we will refund 100% of the price.

  • If we have started any automation setup, it will be deactivated.

  • Refunds will not be provided if requested after this 14-day period.

 

Should you be unsatisfied with your automation setup for any reason we will refund your purchase and deactivate the automation. To request refund please send us an email explaining the reason for your refund and we will process and follow up.

Scenarios:

​

  • Non-refundable due to immediate access and implementation capability.
